It's called the "Hockey Dryland Training II CD" More info: Athlete Construction training programs prepare you to compete at a higher level. Sport-specific training is the key to elevating your game! Increase speed, quickness, strength, and stamina through effective multidimensional training. Programs include an extensive introduction, a comprehensive evaluation plan (to be complete before starting the program and at 6-week intervals), 18 weeks of detailed workouts, audio and video explanations for each exercise and a performance nutrition section to help you optimize progress.

The National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) represents the highest level of Women's league play in the world. The league creates an environment that recognizes the world class status of these players in a way that represents them as role models for young athletes.
