I did a workout CD with "Athlete Construction" and it's available on thier site. It's called the "Hockey Dryland Training II CD" More info: Athlete Construction training programs prepare you to compete at a higher level. Sport-specific training is the key to elevating your game! Increase speed, quickness, strength, and stamina through effective multidimensional training. Programs include an extensive introduction, a comprehensive evaluation plan (to be complete before starting the program and at 6-week intervals), 18 weeks of detailed workouts, audio and video explanations for each exercise and a performance nutrition section to help you optimize progress.
